As the filtration medium gracefully flows in, it ascends to the upper chamber of the housing, ensuring a seamless transition. The medium then begins its descent, effortlessly permeating through the filter bags, achieving unmatched filtration efficiency. This innovative method meticulously captures impurities within the filter bags, while allowing only the purest filtrate to exit with finesse through the outlet.

To maintain peak performance, it is paramount to diligently monitor the condition of the filter bags. As impurities accumulate, forming filter cakes and inducing a differential pressure ranging from 0.14-0.17 MPa, timely replacement of the bags is essential. During this critical maintenance, ensure the system is shut down properly, the pressure relief valve is activated, and the filter cover is carefully removed. Once new bags are securely installed, the system can be swiftly re-energized. Remarkably, filter bags are designed for cleaning and reuse, contributing to environmental sustainability, but should be promptly replaced if they incur significant damage. This meticulous cycle guarantees both efficacy and durability in the filtration process.
