The single bag filter system is ingeniously designed with the inlet placed higher than the filter bag, allowing the filter medium to seamlessly flow into the filter bag. As the filtration process takes place, impurities are skillfully trapped within the filter bag, while the pristine, clean filtrate elegantly exits through the outlet, gliding along the sturdy metal basket wall.
To maintain optimal performance, it is essential to replace the filter bag once the impurities accumulate sufficiently to form a filter cake, causing the differential pressure to reach between 0.05-0.1 MPa. During this replacement, the filter system should be temporarily shut down. Carefully open the pressure relief valve and filter cover, and after replacing the filter bag, the system can be reinstalled. While filter bags can be cleaned and reused, they should be replaced once they exhibit significant wear and tear. This ensures consistent, high-quality filtration results.
