The ingeniously designed multi bag filter features an inlet strategically positioned lower than the filter bags themselves. As the filter medium enters through this inlet, it ascends to the upper segment of the housing, cascading elegantly over the filter bags. This downward flow ensures seamless filtration as the medium passes through the bags. Post-filtration, the impurities are effectively ensnared within the filter bags, allowing the pristine filtrate to gracefully exit through the outlet.
To maintain optimal filtration efficiency, filter bags must be replaced when the impurities accumulate, forming filter cakes, and the differential pressure reaches 0.14-0.17 MPa. During bag replacement, it is crucial to halt the filter system temporarily, activate the pressure relief valve, and open the filter cover. After replacing the bags, reinstallation is necessary. While filter bags can undergo cleaning for reuse, they must be replaced once wear reaches a critical level. Though reusable after cleaning, once significant damage is evident, they should be replaced to ensure unwavering filtration performance.
