The Flexible Polyurethane Screenisan innovatively engineered polyurethane-coated stainless steel wire rope screenthat masterfully blends the extensive open area of traditional woven wire screens with distinct advantages that elevate performance beyond conventional screens.

Our polyurethane-coated stainless steel wire rope screen stands out with its distinctive construction, crafted by skillfully welding two diverse types of ropes.

The primary rope, extending seamlessly from hook to hook, is a durable wire rope embraced within a robust polyurethane coating. This strategic design ensures that the hooked-edge screen can be tensioned effortlessly in the same manner as other hooked-edge screens, eliminating the need for any machinery modifications.

Complementing this, the secondary rope comprises a fine synthetic cord, also enveloped in a thick layer of polyurethane, running parallel to the hooked edge. In side-tensioned configurations, this rope operates akin to rider bars, allowing larger stones a smooth descent down the deck while strategically guiding smaller stones closer to the apertures. This refined stratification process significantly boosts screening efficiency.

In the case of end-tensioned screens, this versatile rope can be strategically positioned either atop, running in a cross-flow orientation, or beneath the wire rope, offering unmatched flexibility and optimization.
