The intelligently designed system automatically expels liquid containing high impurity concentrations from the chamber, utilizing state-of-the-art PLC-controlled time and pressure differentials. The expelled liquid can be either recycled or responsibly disposed of, offering both environmental and operational benefits. Experience seamless functionality and robust reliability with our cutting-edge self-cleaning filter solutions, tailored for water and viscous liquid applications.

 

Working Principle

The liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, seamlessly flowing through the innovative filter element, and exits smoothly from the outlet. During this journey, impurities are captured on the inner surface of the filter element, ensuring only the purest liquid passes through. As these impurities accumulate over time, reaching a critical mass, a sophisticated cleaning procedure is automatically initiated. This is either set by a precise timer or triggered by an advanced differential pressure sensor. The system's speed reducer or cylinder expertly drives the scraper blades, delicately attached to the surface of the filter element, to rotate and efficiently remove the impurities. These unwanted elements then descend to the bottom of the filter. To maintain optimal performance, the drain valve at the base of the filter must be opened periodically, allowing for the efficient drainage of the high concentration liquid, which can be recycled. If necessary, the waste liquid can also be reclaimed, exemplifying a sustainable approach.
