Work Principle
As the liquid journeys from the inlet to the outlet, it seamlessly traverses through the meticulously engineered filter element, ensuring only the purest form emerges. Along this path, impurities find themselves ensnared on the inner surface, eagerly awaiting removal. Once these impurities reach a pre-determined quantity, either a sophisticated timer or a state-of-the-art differential pressure sensor initiates the cleaning protocol, ensuring uninterrupted flow and pristine liquid quality.
A precision-engineered speed reducer or cylinder gracefully sets the scraper blades in motion along the filter element's surface. These blades diligently scrape away impurities, sending them into the filter's recesses. The strategically placed drain valve at the filter's base is periodically opened, allowing the release of highly concentrated liquid, which can be recycled efficiently. Furthermore, should the need arise, the waste liquid is ready to be reclaimed, seamlessly blending sustainability with performance.
