Our wedge wire screen laterals are ingeniously categorized into hub lateral assembly and header lateral assembly. This differentiation is based on their strategic installation position and pivotal function within the tank, optimizing liquid distribution and collection processes.
The hub radial lateral assembly is a sophisticated component consisting of a central hub and multiple screen laterals. Typically installed at either the top or bottom of a vessel, it serves dual roles as a hub-lateral distributor for top-end liquid distribution and as a hub-lateral collector for bottom-end liquid collection. Particularly effective in radial flow equipment such as centrifuges, it ensures uniform liquid distribution or concentrated collection. Available configurations include 4 laterals (cross laterals), 6 laterals, 8 laterals, 16 laterals, single-layer screen laterals, and dual-layer laterals, providing flexibility for various applications.
Distinct from the hub radial lateral assembly, the hub fish spike lateral assembly is expertly designed for optimal liquid distribution at the top and efficient collection at the bottom of large tanks, ensuring seamless operational performance.
