The primary rope, extending elegantly from hook to hook, is a sturdy wire rope enveloped in a thick protective layer of polyurethane. This design, in harmony with the wire, allows the hooked-edge screen to be tensioned just like any other, demanding no alterations to existing machinery setups.
The secondary rope, a delicate yet durable synthetic cord also coated in polyurethane, runs parallel to the hooked edge. In side-tensioned configurations, it functions akin to rider bars, encouraging larger stones to glide down the deck while efficiently directing smaller ones towards the apertures, thus significantly boosting screening precision.
For end-tensioned screens, this adaptable rope can be ingeniously positioned on top in a cross-flow orientation, or beneath the wire rope, offering versatile solutions for diverse screening needs.
