Our advanced filter is engineered to capture impurities with finesse while returning the enriched slurry. Typically, the system doesn't discharge the residue, relying instead on its ability to intercept contaminants effectively. For optimal performance, the viscosity of the material should ideally remain below 30 CP, and it should not exhibit excessive stickiness. The solid content should be maintained at a minimal level, less than 0.5%, ensuring seamless operation.

The difference between PA and PE

Crafted with precision, the polymer PE sintered pipe boasts high-quality ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as its primary constituent, resulting in a pristine white finish. In contrast, the PA microporous filter tube is an ingenious blend, incorporating composite materials like activated carbon fibers of specific mesh numbers into the PE base, presenting with a pure black hue. Working Principle

As the liquid delicately traverses the screen from the outside in, the ingenious design ensures that unwanted impurities are skillfully intercepted on the exterior. Gradually, a robust filter cake layer accumulates outside the screen. Initially, before the filter cake is fully formed, the discharged filtrate is thoughtfully returned to the inlet, allowing it to circulate through the filter until the filter cake layer is established and meets stringent filtration criteria. At this point, a sophisticated signal system halts further circulation of the clear liquid, permitting only the pristinely filtered liquid to be effortlessly discharged from the outlet, seamlessly transitioning to the next stage of processing for standard filtration.

Following an optimal period of filtration, as the filter cake reaches a predetermined thickness, the system astutely closes the feed port. The residual liquid within the filter is expertly drained, and through the strategic use of backblowing via compressed air, nitrogen, or saturated steam, the filter cake is effectively detached. Once backblowing has achieved its goal, a trigger signals the opening of the filter slag discharge port, allowing for efficient slag removal. Post discharge, the port is sealed, and the system is meticulously reset to its pre-filtration state, primed and ready to embark on the next cycle of advanced filtration.
