Our innovative SS316 Bag Filter Housing showcases a smart design where the inlet is strategically positioned above the filter bag, allowing the filtration medium to gracefully flow into the bag. This ensures that impurities are effectively captured within the filter bag, while the pristine filtrate smoothly exits through the outlet, perfectly supported by the robust metal basket wall.
For optimal performance, it is crucial to replace the filter bag once impurities accumulate to form a filter cake and the differential pressure rises to 0.05-0.1 MPa. During replacement, briefly pause the filtration system, relieve pressure, and open the filter cover. After replacing the bag, reinstall the system for continued seamless operation. Although filter bags are reusable after cleaning, they must be replaced when signs of significant wear and tear appear.
