Self-cleaning filter is suitable for emulsion, grease, resin, paint, honey,syrup,fermentation liquid, glue and other viscous liquids. The scraper self-cleaning filter is a precision equipment that removes the impurities intercepted by the filter element and protects the normal operation of other equipment in the system by driving the scraper by the deceleration motor. It can automatically discharge while single-machine continuous online filtration, no filter supplies are produced, and no manual cleaning is required. The liquid enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet, controlled by advanced intelligent (PLC), according to the pressure difference, time setting can automatically open the sewage function, high degree of automation. It covers the requirements of various filtration accuracy from 20 um to 1000 um, and provides customers with filtration solutions that reduce cost and increase efficiency.

 

Working Principle

The innovative design allows the liquid to gracefully enter through the inlet, journey through the meticulously crafted filter element, and exit seamlessly from the outlet. As the liquid navigates this path, unwanted impurities are effectively captured on the inner surface of our advanced filter element. Once these impurities reach a designated level, our state-of-the-art cleaning process is initiated-either via a preset timer or a sophisticated differential pressure sensor. At this point, a speed reducer or cylinder activates the scraper blades, adeptly attached to the filter element, which then rotate to gently but effectively remove impurities. These are then collected at the bottom of the filter. To maintain optimal efficiency, the drain valve located at the filter's base is periodically opened to expel the concentrated liquid, perfect for recycling purposes. Additionally, any waste liquid can be recovered if desired, ensuring both efficiency and environmental responsibility.
