The TSQ series is specifically engineered to tackle filtration challenges for substances with high viscosities reaching up to an impressive 800,000 mPa.s. The filter's remarkable efficiency lies in its rapid impurity removal, with filtration degrees spanning a versatile range of 25 to 1500μm. Designed to swiftly and effectively clear impurities, it is ideally suited for water treatment applications as well as a diverse array of viscous liquids, providing exceptional performance and reliability.
Work Principle
The liquid, a vital resource in many industrial applications, elegantly enters from the inlet, gracefully journeying through the intricately designed filter element, before making its seamless exit from the outlet. Along this path, unwanted impurities are skillfully trapped on the pristine inner surface of the filter element. As these impurities gather to a predetermined level, a sophisticated cleaning procedure is automatically initiated-either by a precisely calibrated timer setting or ingeniously triggered by an advanced differential pressure sensor.
The advanced mechanism of the speed reducer or cylinder takes charge, driving the meticulously engineered scraper blades attached to the filter element's surface. In a synchronized motion, these blades rotate with precision, effectively scraping off accumulated impurities, which then gently descend into the filter's bottom. For optimal efficiency, the drain valve situated at the filter's base is regularly opened, allowing the high concentration of liquid to be expertly drained for potential recycling. Additionally, the waste liquid holds value and can be reclaimed if necessary, ensuring minimal resource wastage.
