During the starch production journey, it meticulously separates starch from germ and fiber, becoming an indispensable component in the starch processing sequence.

Work Principle

Designed for efficiency, the liquid needing screening, such as starch slurry, is introduced into the housing via a precision-engineered nozzle, powered by a pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa right at the heart of the screen. As this liquid gracefully traverses the meticulously crafted narrow slots, solid particles and impurities are skillfully intercepted on the screen's surface. Meanwhile, the pristine liquid, a harmonious blend of starch and water, effortlessly passes through, culminating in collection at the pulp outlet.

With state-of-the-art technology, particles and impurities captured on the screen are periodically expelled through an innovative backwash or flushing mechanism. This system, typically utilizing either water or air, efficiently scours the screen free of particles, which are then adeptly collected, ready for further processing or environmentally-conscious disposal.

Purposefully crafted, the pressure arc screen thrives under high-pressure conditions, adeptly purging fine particles and impurities from the liquid.
