The W Mesh screen guarantees precision in material sizing, expertly handling undersized, similarly sized, and oversized materials. It maintains a pristine state and operates with impressive efficiency.
The W Mesh operates on the ingenious principle of wire movement.
Constructed with an alternating arrangement of straight and crimped wires, it offers a unique solution.
The crimped wires are pivotal in determining the aperture size, ensuring precision.
Interwoven alternately with binding wires, aligned precisely above the longitudinal support bars, it forms a robust structure.
For enhanced wear resistance, binding wires may be coated with abrasion-resistant polyurethane, fortifying durability.
However, in hot mix batch asphalt plants, where precise material sizing is critical and blinding is moderate, polyurethane is not ideal.
* D Mesh
