As it moves, the starch emulsion encounters the combined might of centrifugal force, impact force, gravity, and the meticulously designed cutting force of the screen's wedge wire,working on the starch emulsion across the concave arc of the screen surface.
The wedge-shaped wire acts as a precision blade, slicing through the starch emulsion.
