Engineered with precision, the polyurethane-coated stainless steel wire rope screen is meticulously assembled by welding two distinct types of ropes, ensuring durability and performance.

The robust rope extending from hook to hook is ingeniously encased in a thick polyurethane coating. This design choice, complemented by the wire, allows the hooked-edge screen to be tensioned seamlessly like any traditional hooked-edge screens, without necessitating any machinery modifications.

The secondary rope, comprising a fine synthetic cord also enveloped in a generous polyurethane layer, runs parallel to the hooked edge. In side-tensioned configurations, this rope emulates the function of rider bars, facilitating the descent of larger stones down the deck while directing smaller ones towards the apertures. This superior stratification process substantially enhances screening efficiency.
