Work Principle

Ingeniously designed to optimize liquid purification, our Self Clean Filter with Internal Scraper ingeniously directs the liquid through its meticulously crafted inlet, seamlessly flowing through a high-efficiency filter element, and exiting through the outlet, while effectively capturing impurities on the inner surface. When impurities reach a predefined threshold, the advanced cleaning cycle is automatically activated, either based on a precise timer setting or intelligently triggered by a sophisticated differential pressure sensor.

The innovative mechanism, powered by a robust speed reducer or cylinder, diligently drives scraper blades in rotational motion, expertly removing trapped impurities from the filter element's surface. These impurities gracefully descend to the filter's bottom, ready for disposal. The strategically positioned drain valve is periodically opened to evacuate the high concentration liquid, offering an opportunity for recycling, and allowing for the reclamation of waste liquid if deemed necessary.
