Maintenance

• It is essential to replace the filter bag once impurities accumulate to form a filter cake, and the differential pressure reaches between 0.05 to 0.1 MPa, ensuring optimal filter performance.
• Given the frequent use of bag filters and their proficiency in capturing a substantial amount of impurities, it is crucial to conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs, even when the differential pressure is minimal.
• In the occurrence of a deformed gasket, it is imperative to replace it immediately to maintain the filter's integrity and performance.

Working Principle

Ingeniously positioned for optimal efficiency, the single bag filter's inlet is strategically located higher than the filter bag itself. This design allows the filter medium to gracefully flow into the filter bag through the inlet, ensuring that impurities are effectively trapped within the confines of the filter bag. Subsequently, the pristine filtrate emerges effortlessly from the outlet, guided along the robust metal basket wall.

When impurities accumulate and form a filter cake, reaching a differential pressure of 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's imperative to replace the filter bag. During this process, temporarily halting the filter system is necessary. Open the pressure relief valve and the filter cover to access the filter bag. After a thorough cleaning, the filter bags can be reinstalled and reused unless they exhibit substantial damage, at which point replacement becomes essential. These bags strike a perfect balance between reusability and durability.
