For exceptional performance, vigilant monitoring of the filter bags' condition is paramount. As impurities accumulate, forming filter cakes and resulting in a differential pressure of 0.14-0.17 MPa, timely replacement of the bags becomes essential. During this critical maintenance phase, ensure the complete shutdown of the filter system, open the pressure relief valve, and carefully remove the filter cover. With new bags in place, the system can be seamlessly reactivated. Notably, filter bags can be cleaned and reused, contributing to sustainability, but should be replaced when significantly damaged. This cycle guarantees both efficiency and longevity in the filtration process, enhancing operational excellence.
