Working Principle

The ingeniously designed single bag filter showcases an inlet strategically positioned above the filter bag itself. As the filter medium gracefully cascades into the filter bag from this elevated inlet, it embarks on a thorough filtration journey. During this process, undesirable impurities become ensnared within the filter bag, allowing only the pristine filtrate to emanate from the outlet, seamlessly flowing along the steadfast metal basket wall.

When impurities within the filter bag accumulate to form a filter cake, and the differential pressure reaches a critical threshold of 0.05-0.1 MPa, it is imperative to replace the filter bag. This necessitates a temporary cessation of the filter system, followed by the careful opening of the pressure relief valve and filter cover. Upon completing the replacement of the filter bag, the system can be swiftly reassembled. Notably, filter bags offer the advantage of reusability after a thorough cleaning, though they must be substituted once they incur considerable damage.
