Working Principle

In the innovative design of our multi-bag filter system, the inlet is strategically positioned below the filter bags. This allows the filtering medium to enter gracefully from the inlet, rise to the apex of the housing, and then cascade downwards through the filter bags. This journey ensures that impurities are expertly trapped within the bags, allowing only the purified filtrate to emerge through the outlet, pristine and ready for its next phase.

Filter bags should be replaced when accumulated impurities form a significant filter cake and result in a differential pressure ranging from 0.14 to 0.17 MPa. To replace filter bags, it's essential to first shut down the filter system, open the pressure relief valve, and remove the filter cover. After carefully replacing the bags, the system can be reassembled for continued use. While filter bags can be cleaned and reused, it is crucial to replace them when they show signs of substantial wear. This practice ensures optimum performance and longevity.
