Working Principle of Pressure Arc Screen Sieve Bend Screen
The starch emulsion is expertly sprayed from the nozzle to the screen surface, at a precise pressure and optimal spray speed. The starch emulsion is directed towards the screen surface along the tangent of the arc screen surface, swiftly spreading, and evenly coating the screen surface. It then rapidly flows across the screen surface. The flow direction of the starch emulsion is perpendicular to the screen slit.
The emulsion encounters forces such as centrifugal force, impact, gravity, and the precise cutting force of the wedge wire on the starch emulsionon the concave arc screen surface becomes significant.
The wedge-shaped screen wire acts like a sharp knife. As the starch emulsion impacts this sharp screen wire blade, the starch is sliced into a thin liquid layer. This liquid layer and the fine particles swiftly pass through the narrow screen slits, entering the bottom flow to form the undersize; while some of the liquid layer and larger particles
move across the screen surface, forming the oversize, and exiting from the overflow port.
