The starch emulsion, delicately sprayed along the tangent direction of the arc screen surface, spreads swiftly and uniformly, enveloping the entire screen surface before effortlessly flowing through it. The starch emulsion's trajectory is precisely aligned at right angles to the screen slits.
The starch emulsion undergoes a seamless amalgamation of centrifugal force, impact force, gravitational pull, and the incisive cutting force of the screen wire's sharpedge as it gracefully interacts with the starch emulsion on the concave arc screen.
The wedge-shaped screen wire acts like a finely honed blade. As the starch emulsion meets this sharp edge, it is skillfully transformed into a thin, even liquid layer.
