Work Principle

The working principle of a bag filter intricately revolves around the meticulous filtration of particulate matter from airflow. As the airflow ventures into the filter, it gracefully traverses a sophisticated series of filter bags crafted from premium filtration media such as polyester, nylon, or fiberglass. These exceptional filter bags possess minuscule pores that masterfully capture particles, permitting them to accumulate on the outer surface of the bags while allowing the purified gas to seamlessly pass through. This results in the effective discharge of clean gas, thereby achieving superior gas filtration. Over time, the collected dust particles form an effective cake on the surface of the filter bags, enhancing the filtration process.

This remarkable dust cake further boosts the filtration efficacy by capturing even finer particles. When the pressure drop across the filter bags escalates to a specific threshold, signaling that the dust cake has reached optimal thickness, the advanced cleaning system is activated. A strategic pulse of compressed air is ingeniously sent through the bags in reverse direction, dislodging the dust cake into a designated hopper for disposal, thereby ensuring a pristine cleaning effect and maintaining filter efficiency.
