In the ingenious design of our Heavy-Duty Carbon Steel Bag Filter Housing, the positioning of the single bag filter inlet is strategically higher than the filter bag itself. This ensures that the filter medium gracefully flows into the filter bag through the inlet. During this process, impurities are effectively trapped within the filter bag, while the pristine, filtered liquid elegantly exits through the outlet, gliding along the sturdy metal basket wall.
The bag filter is engineered for ease of maintenance and optimal performance. When impurities accumulate, forming a filter cake, and differential pressure hits the range of 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's time to replace the filter bag. To do this, safely shut down the filter system, engage the pressure relief valve, and remove the filter cover. The filter bag, once cleaned, can be reused unless it shows significant damage. This process ensures your system remains efficient and eco-friendly.
