Working Principle

To maintain optimal performance, it's essential to replace the filter bag when impurities accumulate to form a filter cake, causing the differential pressure to reach between 0.05 and 0.1 MPa. During the replacement process, the system requires a temporary shutdown. Begin by opening the pressure relief valve, followed by the filter cover. Post-replacement, the filter components are reassembled with precision. While filter bags can undergo multiple cleaning cycles for reuse, it is crucial to monitor their condition and replace them when they exhibit significant wear or damage.
