Work Principle

 

Within a robust cylindrical housing, our screen is expertly positioned to endure high-pressure conditions ranging from 2 to 4 bar, tailored to meet the specific demands of diverse applications.

Introducing the liquid to be screened, such as starch slurry, with precision through a nozzle into the heart of the housing at a controlled pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa. As this slurry navigates through the finely crafted slots, the screen masterfully captures solid particles and impurities, leaving a purified flow of starch and water to seamlessly pass through, ready to be collected at the pulp outlet for further use.

Our innovative system ensures that trapped particles and impurities are efficiently cleared from the screen surface using a cutting-edge backwash or flushing process. Utilizing either water or air, the backwash system expertly dislodges and collects these particles, preparing them for subsequent processing or disposal with ease.
