As the fluid journeys through, impurities are meticulously captured within the filter bag, ensuring only the pristine filtrate exits through the outlet, gliding smoothly along the fixed metal basket wall.
To maintain optimal filtration performance, it is crucial to monitor the filter bag. When impurities accumulate to form a filter cake and the differential pressure reaches a precise 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's time for a refresh. Simply shut down the filter system momentarily, open the pressure relief valve and filter cover, then replace the filter bag.
