Constructed from premium stainless steel, the filter elements are exceptionally adept at eliminating contaminant particles as minuscule as 25 microns (μm). The innovative TSW filter triumphs over challenges such as frequent manual cleaning, large capital outlays, labor-intensive operations, and significant material wastage. Its advanced self-cleaning mechanism ensures the filter element remains pristine, expelling waste liquid dense with impurities to curtail material loss. This results in superior filtration of poor-quality water and sticky substances like adhesives, resins, polymers, and fats, offering unmatched operational efficiency and reliability.

 

Working Principle

The innovative engineering of our Durable Self Cleaning Filter begins as liquid gracefully enters through the filter inlet, proceeding with precision through the outer surface of the robust filter element. Connected seamlessly at the lower end to the outlet, the purified liquid exits effortlessly. When a specified amount of impurities cling to the filter's surface, our sophisticated cleaning mechanism activates either at pre-set intervals or based on a predetermined pressure differential. The reduction motor dynamically propels the scraper, which deftly skims over the filter element's exterior, efficiently removing surface impurities. These particles then gracefully fall into the filter's base, accompanied by the descending liquid. Meanwhile, the rotating sweeping plate diligently gathers heavier impurities, directing them into the sewage collecting chamber where they accumulate. At meticulously timed intervals, the drain valve automatically opens to release liquid enriched with high concentrations of impurities through the drain port. For sustainability, this discharged residual liquid is available for recovery if required.
