Working Principle

In an ingeniously designed process, the multi bag filter system utilizes a strategically positioned inlet, positioned lower than the filter bags themselves. As the filter medium elegantly enters through the inlet, it ascends to the superior section of the housing above the filter bags. Here, the medium begins its downward journey, seamlessly passing through the filter bags for an efficient filtration process. This method effectively captures impurities within the filter bags, allowing only the pristine filtrate to exit gracefully through the outlet.

For optimal performance, it is crucial to monitor the condition of the filter bags. As impurities accumulate and form filter cakes, leading to a differential pressure of 0.14-0.17 MPa, it's time to replace the bags. During this essential maintenance, ensure the filter system is shut down, the pressure relief valve is opened, and the filter cover is removed. Once the new bags are in place, the system can be reactivated. Notably, filter bags can be cleaned and reused, offering sustainability benefits, but should be replaced when they suffer significant damage. This cycle ensures both efficiency and longevity in the filtration process.
