In this advanced screening process, the liquid to be purified, such as starch slurry, is expertly introduced into the housing via a nozzle at a pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa, directly targeting the center of the screen. As it gracefully navigates through the expertly engineered narrow slots, solid particles and impurities are effortlessly captured on the screen's surface. Meanwhile, the pristine liquid, comprising starch and water, smoothly passes through and is seamlessly collected at the pulp outlet, ready for further use.

The innovative screen's surface is periodically cleansed of trapped particles and impurities using a sophisticated backwash or flushing system. This system, employing either water or air, efficiently purges the particles from the screen, allowing them to be collected for further processing or disposal, maintaining the screen's integrity and performance.
