[Filtering Status] As the liquid gracefully enters the filter, it seamlessly passes the innovative scraper, elegantly flowing across the filter element from inside to outside. Impurities are skillfully blocked on the inner element surface, while the pristine liquid exits through the outlet. Over time, as more impurities gather, the pressure drop inevitably increases.
[Cleaning Status] The meticulous scraper descends, gently guiding impurities to the bottom. As it ascends, remaining impurities are effortlessly driven to the top of the filter element, where they are skillfully flushed off by the liquid. The downward movement once again ensures impurities are thoroughly scraped off. Remarkably, the filter operates continuously online during the cleaning process, maintaining peak efficiency.
[Purging Status] After numerous cleaning cycles, impurities gradually accumulate. Strategically open the valve periodically to purge the waste liquid, which is of high impurity concentration. This waste liquid can be recovered if needed, ensuring no valuable material goes to waste.
