Premium Metal Mesh Sand Control Oil Gas Well Screen for Deep Well
Premium metal mesh screens are consisted of base pipe, drainage layer, filtering layer and protective shroud. The grade can be API Casing J55 K55 N80 L80 P110 and Stainless Steel 304 304L 316L. The nos of drainage layer and filtering layer are decided by the filtering requirement and cost evaluation. The filtration effect depends on the filtering layer especially of the metal mesh size. The outer protective shroud can be with bridge slot or round holes, which show different flow area.The finished metal mesh screens are with very good filtration function and create the robust construction and excellent mechanical performance.

Sand Control Screens consist of perforated base pipe, middle leak off mesh, wire mesh or metal wool and outside stainless steel protective tube. Perforated base pipe has designed hole. The hole on outside protective tube could be round or bridge slot or customized according to customers' requirements.
