Our single bag filter boasts an innovative design where the filter inlet is strategically positioned above the filter bag. As the filter medium gracefully enters, it flows seamlessly into the filter bag. This meticulous process ensures that impurities are effectively captured within the bag, while the freshly purified filtrate emerges effortlessly through the outlet, guided by the robust metal basket wall.
For peak performance, it's essential to monitor the filter bag. When impurities accumulate, forming a filter cake, and the differential pressure rises to 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's time for a bag change. During replacement, the system must be paused. Release the pressure valve and open the filter cover to replace the bag. Filter bags are durable and reusable after cleaning, unless significantly damaged. Maintain system efficacy by ensuring timely replacements when necessary.
