The starch emulsion is meticulously sprayed from the nozzle onto the screen surface, ensuring it is done at an optimal pressure and precisely controlled spray speed. The starch emulsion is deftly directed to the screen surface along the tangent direction of the arc screen surface, allowing it to swiftly spread and evenly coat the screen. This results in a rapid and efficient flow through the screen surface. Remarkably, the flow direction of the starch emulsion intersects perpendicularly with the screen slit.
The starch emulsion is dynamically influenced by the forces of centrifugal force, impact force, gravity, and the precise cutting force of the screen wireedge as it interacts with the concave arc screen surface.
Imagine the wedge-shaped screen wire as a keen, sharp blade. The starch emulsion strikes the blade-like screen wire with precision. The starch is delicately scraped into a thin liquid layer.
