Work Principle
Process of Filtration
Experience the revolutionary filtration system where liquid flows in seamlessly through the inlet. Our cutting-edge, disc-shaped scraper blade, positioned perfectly close to the inner surface of the filter element, halts at the top, ensuring effective filtration. The liquid medium effortlessly travels from the inner to the outer surface, while impurities are meticulously captured on the inner side. Finally, the purified liquid exits smoothly, promising an efficient, uninterrupted flow.
Over time, impurities accumulate, causing the pressure difference to rise, prompting the advanced control system to send a command through the differential pressure transducer (or Timer) to the pneumatic actuator. This mechanism then expertly drives the scraper, initiating a thorough cleaning process to restore optimal filtration efficiency.
Process of Self-cleaning
Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, the pneumatic actuator guides the scraper to meticulously clean the filter element with precision, moving back and forth, up and down. As the scraper descends, impurities are efficiently pushed to the bottom into the collection chamber. When the scraper ascends, it adeptly scratches and pushes impurities to the top of the filter element, ensuring comprehensive cleaning.
Impurities are effortlessly washed away by the flowing liquid, requiring multiple cycles to achieve complete cleanliness. Upon finishing, the system seamlessly restores to its original status, allowing new processes to commence without interruption, ensuring continuous, efficient operation.
Blow-down Process
After a set cleaning period, as a significant amount of impurities gather, the intelligent control equipment opens the sewage valve at regular intervals. This allows for the discharge of high concentrations of impurities, which can be recycled if required. This automatic, scheduled blow-down process ensures the system runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining optimal performance.

The gap width on the screen's internal surface represents the filtration precision, offering uniformity with an accuracy range of 50-1500 microns, accommodating diverse filtration needs.
The scraper is expertly engineered to glide along the gap direction, making it ideal for conventional filtration needs. With a smooth inner surface and precise roundness, it guarantees an exceptional scraping effect.
