It is specifically tailored for materials with a viscosity that ideally remains below 30CP, ensuring smooth operation without excessive stickiness. The system is optimized for use with liquids containing a solid content of less than 0.5%, ensuring optimal performance and minimal residue drainage.

The difference between PA and PE

The polymer PE sintered pipe, crafted from premium ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, boasts a pristine white appearance, synonymous with purity and quality. In contrast, the PA microporous filter tube incorporates composite materials, including activated carbon fibers of precise mesh specifications, resulting in a distinctive pure black finish. The PE filter cartridge offers commendable temperature resistance up to 80ºC, while the PA filter cartridge elevates this capability, enduring temperatures up to 120°C, making it versatile for various applications.

Working Principle

Experience unparalleled efficiency with our innovative filtration system, where liquid seamlessly transitions through the screen from the exterior to the interior. Impurities are expertly intercepted on the outside, forming a robust filter cake layer with precision. Initially, the filtrate recirculates to the inlet, ensuring optimal filtration until the filter cake meets the stringent filtration criteria. At this point, a signal is triggered, halting circulation to allow the pristine liquid to flow effortlessly from the outlet, advancing to the subsequent process for continued, impeccable filtration.

After sustained, flawless filtration, the filter cake layer reaches its ideal thickness. The feed port is then closed, allowing for the efficient drainage of any residual liquid. Subsequently, the back mouthpiece is activated, utilizing compressed air, nitrogen, or saturated steam for an effective backblowing process that causes the filter cake to detach. After a meticulously timed backblowing phase, the process halts, signaling the opening of the discharge port for smooth slag removal. Once slag discharge concludes, the port is securely closed, returning the system to its original state, poised for the next impeccable filtration cycle.
