[Filtering Status] As the liquid gracefully enters the filter, it journeys past the scraper, flowing seamlessly across the filter element from inside to outside. The ingenious design ensures impurities are effectively captured on the inner surface of the filter element. The now purified liquid makes its exit through the outlet. Over time, as more impurities are collected, a gentle increase in pressure drop is observed, signaling the robust performance of our system.
[Cleaning Status] The cleaning process showcases efficiency, as the scraper glides downward, gently guiding impurities to the bottom. In its upward movement, it sweeps remaining impurities to the top of the filter element, where they are elegantly flushed away by the liquid. This up-and-down motion ensures comprehensive cleaning.
