The difference between PA and PE

Working Principle

The liquid embarks on a transformative journey through the screen, advancing from the outer surface to the inner sanctum. As this liquid voyage unfolds, impurities are gracefully captured and held at bay outside, forming a resilient filter cake layer that gradually takes shape. Before this layer reaches its peak performance, the discharged filtrate is ingeniously redirected back to the inlet, embarking on a circulation cycle through the filter. This continues until the filter cake layer matures to meet precise filtration standards, at which point a signal is triggered, halting the circulation of the clear liquid. With precision-guided flow, the pristine, filtered liquid is then guided seamlessly from the outlet, advancing to the next stage of the process for routine filtration.

Upon reaching the optimal thickness, the filter cake layer signifies a successful filtration period. At this stage, the feed port is closed, residual liquid is expertly drained, and the back mouthpiece is opened, utilizing compressed air, nitrogen, or saturated steam to initiate an effective backblowing process. This precise operation ensures that the filter cake is gracefully dislodged. After a calculated duration, backblowing concludes, triggering a signal to activate the filter slag discharge port, facilitating efficient slag removal.
