The singular design of our Carbon Steel Bag Filter Housing elevates the filter inlet above the filter bag, ensuring seamless flow of the filtering medium into the bag. This elegant system efficiently traps impurities within the bag, while the pure filtrate effortlessly glides out through the outlet, guided by the robust metal basket wall.
When impurities accumulate on the filter bag forming a filter cake, and differential pressure spikes between 0.05-0.1 MPa, it's time to replace the bag. The process requires a temporary system shutdown, followed by opening the pressure relief valve and filter cover. Simply replace the bag and restart the system. Filter bags can be efficiently cleaned and reused until wear necessitates replacement, ensuring both sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
