The exceptional Wedge Wire Screen Lateral Assemblies are meticulously crafted and available in two distinct types: the Hub Lateral Assembly and the Header Lateral Assembly. These are precisely categorized based on their strategic installation positions and essential functions within the tank, ensuring optimal performance.
The Hub Radial Lateral Assembly is ingeniously composed of a central hub accompanied by multiple screen laterals. Ideally installed at the top or bottom of the vessel, it excels as a hub-lateral distributor at the top for liquid distribution and acts as a hub-lateral collector at the bottom for liquid collection. Particularly in radial flow equipment such as centrifuges, it ensures uniform distribution or concentrated collection of liquids within the equipment. This assembly can be customized with 4 (cross laterals), 6, 8, or 16 laterals, available in one or two-layer configurations, providing unmatched versatility.
Distinct in structure from the hub radial lateral assembly, the Hub Fish Spike Lateral Assembly is predominantly utilized for effective liquid distribution at the top and proficient liquid collection at the bottom of large tanks, ensuring operational excellence.
