As the filter medium enters this inlet, it gracefully ascends to the top section of the housing, above the filter bags. Here, the medium embarks on its downward journey, seamlessly traversing through the filter bags for an exceptionally efficient filtration experience. This thoughtfully orchestrated method captures impurities within the filter bags, ensuring only the pristine filtrate makes a graceful exit through the outlet, embodying a perfect blend of functionality and elegance.

For optimal performance of the Multi-Purpose Bag Filter Housing, vigilant monitoring of the filter bags' condition is imperative. As impurities accumulate, forming filter cakes and causing a differential pressure of 0.14-0.17 MPa, timely replacement of the bags becomes essential. During this crucial maintenance phase, ensure the system is carefully shut down, the pressure relief valve is judiciously opened, and the filter cover is gently removed. Once new bags are securely in place, the system can be reactivated. Remarkably, the filter bags can be cleaned and reused, providing both economic and environmental benefits, but should be replaced if they incur significant damage. This meticulous cycle guarantees not only efficiency but also a prolonged lifespan for the filtration process.
