Ingeniously designed, the Carbon Steel Bag Filter Housing features a strategically positioned inlet positioned above the filter bag. This ensures that the filtration medium gracefully flows down into the filter bag. As the process unfolds, undesirable impurities are meticulously captured within the bag, allowing only the pristine, purified liquid to elegantly exit through the outlet, guided by the sturdy, fixed metal basket wall.
When the impurities collected on the filter bag form a substantial filter cake, and the differential pressure rises to 0.05-0.1 MPa, it signals the optimal time for a filter bag replacement. During this procedure, the filtration system is paused, the pressure relief valve and filter cover are opened, and a new filter bag is installed. These durable filter bags are designed for reuse after thorough cleaning, though they eventually require replacement when wear and tear reach a critical threshold.
