Work Principle
The working process is as follows:
- Initially, the water-laden material makes its way into the screw press screen through the feed end of the screw press machine. - Subsequently, the powerful rotating screw rod exerts calculated pressure on the material, skillfully extracting more liquid content. In this crucial pressing stage, the moisture level within the material continuously reduces, eventually leaving behind a considerably drier solid output.
- Post pressing and dewatering, these moisture-reduced solid materials exit gracefully from the outlet end of the screw press screen.
