Maintenance

• For optimal performance, replace the filter bag when impurities accumulate into a filter cake, causing a differential pressure of 0.05-0.1 MPa.
• Given the high frequency of use and significant impurity capture, regular inspection, maintenance, and repair are recommended, even when differential pressure impact is minimal.
• To maintain optimal functionality, promptly replace any deformed gaskets with new ones.

Working Principle

In the sophisticated design of the single bag filter, the inlet is ingeniously positioned higher than the filter bag itself. This allows the filter medium to gracefully flow into the filter bag, where the magic of filtration happens. As the medium passes through, unwelcome impurities are efficiently captured within the filter bag, while the now purified filtrate makes its elegant exit from the outlet, guided along the sturdy fixed metal basket wall.

To maintain optimal performance, replace the filter bag when impurities accumulate to form a filter cake and the differential pressure rises to 0.05-0.1 MPa. During bag replacement, it is essential to temporarily halt the filter system, carefully open the pressure relief valve and the filter cover. After replacing the bag, ensure everything is reinstalled correctly. Remarkably, the filter bags can often be cleaned and reused, but do replace them once they are compromised beyond practical use.
