As the filter medium enters from the elevated inlet, it gracefully flows into the resilient filter bag, capturing impurities with precision. The clean, purified filtrate then exits seamlessly, guided along the robust fixed metal basket wall.
For optimal performance, replace the filter bag when a filter cake forms and the differential pressure reaches 0.05-0.1 MPa. During this maintenance, simply pause the filter system, safely open the pressure relief valve and filter cover, and effortlessly switch out the filter bag. Our filter bags boast a sustainable design: they can be cleaned and reused, though they should be replaced if they incur significant damage, ensuring continued peak operation.
