PA/PE micropore filter is a new type of fine filtration equipment. The filter mainly uses polyethylene PA/PE micropore filter cartridge sintered from macromolecular materials as the filter medium, with high filtration precision and is used for precision filtration of liquids. The PA/PE micropore filter adopts a fully enclosed filtration method, and there is a pneumatic slag discharge port at the bottom of the equipment, which has a high degree of automation compared with ordinary filter cartridge filters.
 

The filter generally does not drain the residue, but mainly intercepts impurities and returns the thick slurry. The viscosity of the material is preferabl y lower than 30CP and not too sticky. Solid content less than 0.5%."

The difference between PA and PE

The polymer PE sintered pipe uses high-quality ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as the main raw material, and the product is pure white. The PA microporous filter tube is made of composite materials such as activated carbon fibers of the corresponding mesh number added to the PE material, and the product is pure black. The temperature resistance of PE filter cartridge is 80ºC, and that of PA filter cartridge is 120 °C.

Working Principle

The liquid passes through the screen from outside to inside, the impurities are intercepted outside, and the filter cake layer accumulates gradually outside the screen. Before the filter cake layer is formed, the discharged filtrate is returned to the inlet and sent to the filter for circulating filtration until the filter cake layer is formed (can meet the filtration requirements), providing a signal to control the clear liquid no longer circulating, and the clean clear liquid is discharged from the outlet to the next process for normal filtration.

After a period of normal filtration, when the filter cake layer reaches a certain thickness, close the feed port, drain the residual liquid in the filter, open the back mouthpiece (compressed air, nitrogen or saturated steam) for backblowing after draining, so that the filter cake falls off. After a certain period of backblowing, stop the backblowing, provide a signal to open the filter slag discharge port for slag discharge, and close the slag discharge port after the slag discharge is finished. Return to the initial state before filtering and prepare for the next round of filtering

-The chemical properties of the PA/PE microporous tube filter element are very good, acid resistance, alkali resistance, aldehyde resistance and aliphatic hydrocarbon resistance; it is resistant to organic solvents such as ester ketone and ether below 80 °C;
-Temperature resistance: Microporous PE medium: temperature resistance ≤ 80 degrees; microporous PA medium: temperature resistance ≤ 100 degrees; microporous PAC medium: temperature resistance ≤ 120 degrees.
-The filtration accuracy of the microporous filter can reach 0.1μm; the particles above 0.3μm are filtered at one time, and the particles below 0.3μm need to run for a short time, and then form a filter layer;
-Closed filtration, safe production, no odor overflow, to ensure clean production;
-Fast gas backflushing and slag discharge at the same time regenerates the filter element;
-There is a pneumatic slag discharge port at the bottom of the equipment, which can realize rapid start-up and shutdown, fast gas backflushing to remove slag and regenerate the filter element at the same time, which is convenient and fast to clean;
-According to the requirements, a thermal insulation jacket can be provided outside the machine body, and the inner wall of the machine body is lined with an anti-corrosion material layer.
