Initially, the filtrate is channeled back to the inlet, allowing for continuous circulation until the desired filter cake layer is achieved, precisely meeting all filtration requirements. Once perfected, a signal is activated to cease circulation, and the pristine, clear liquid is gracefully discharged through the outlet, progressing smoothly to the next stage of filtration.
Following a period of efficient filtration, as the filter cake layer thickens to its optimal state, the feed port is securely closed. The residual liquid is swiftly drained, and the back mouthpiece is opened to initiate backblowing with compressed air, nitrogen, or saturated steam. This process expertly dislodges the filter cake. After a carefully timed backblowing session, a signal is given to open the filter slag discharge port, ensuring the controlled release of slag. Once completed, the discharge port is closed, seamlessly returning the system to its initial state, primed and ready for the next round of flawless filtration.
