It expertly and automatically eliminates particles and contaminants from the internal surface of the filter element through a precise mechanical scraping action. What's more, it performs this task with unwavering efficiency while remaining online, ensuring seamless, uninterrupted operation.
Crafted to tackle high-viscosity liquids up to a staggering 800,000 mPa.s, this filter offers a remarkable filtration degree spanning from 25μm to 1500μm, making it an exceptionally versatile solution. It swiftly and effectively scrapes impurities off the filter element surface, making it superbly adept at impurity removal. Perfectly suited for water and a wide array of viscous liquids, it stands as a model of efficiency and reliability.
Work Principle
As the liquid gracefully enters through the inlet, it seamlessly journeys through the filter element, emerging purified from the outlet. Impurities are expertly captured on the inner surface of the filter element, creating a pristine barrier. When these impurities accumulate to a predetermined level, our cutting-edge cleaning procedure is activated either by a precise timer setting or through the advanced differential pressure sensor, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
A sophisticated speed reducer or cylinder propels the scraper blades, elegantly attached to the filter element's surface, to rotate and skillfully remove impurities. These impurities then descend effortlessly to the filter's bottom. The strategically positioned drain valve at the base of the filter is periodically opened to efficiently discharge the high concentration liquid for recycling, with the option to reclaim waste liquid if necessary, promoting both sustainability and environmental stewardship.
