During this process, unwanted impurities are expertly trapped within the filter bag, allowing only the pure, filtered liquid to elegantly exit through the outlet. This journey takes place along the sturdy metal basket wall, ensuring a seamless filtration experience.
Our system is engineered for precision, with the filter bag requiring replacement when accumulated impurities form a filter cake, resulting in a differential pressure of 0.05-0.1 MPa. For maintenance, the system should be briefly paused, followed by opening the pressure relief valve and the filter cover. After replacing the filter bag, the system is ready to resume operation. Notably, our filter bags are designed for reusability after cleaning, extending their life until a certain degree of wear necessitates replacement. This sustainable approach ensures longevity and efficiency, reducing waste while maintaining peak performance.
